I'd assume that anything Vash and Wolfwood know would get back to him eventually anyway, unless they keep quiet for personal reasons.

[He loves the Triguns but he doesn't like. Know all their business. So for all he knows Vash and Wolfwood might try to protect him... or maybe none of them talk!! Who knows.]

I would like to think that, were we to ask him to keep things to himself and gave him good reason to do so, he would listen. But I acknowledge that I can't speak from an unbiased perspective, here.
