I don't like that he's deliberately withholding information from his teammates.

This does make me feel like he only told me the truth because he realized I would have a way of finding out he was lying.

I didn't explicitly say I knew, just mentioned that I was following up with him after I hadn't heard anything... so maybe he expected me to follow up with the rest of his group if I didn't get any information from him.

This was yesterday, after we talked.
