Essentially. He said it was likely something passed around by the higher-ups in preparation for this game, and that it came to us through some kind of technological error. Supposedly, such things aren't uncommon. But if your group got one as well, that seems doubtful.

...some organizations don't make their highest leadership all that accessible to the people at the lower levels. So it's not impossible, but... it also seems strange to me that their higher-ups would give them such detailed instructions, but then be so hands-off once the Game actually began.
They're clearly keeping tabs on us, if they're pushing us to move this way. [He does not want to think about Libby because he will get too angry so he focuses on D, who also makes him angry but at least isn't quite as fresh of a betrayal.] But I have no idea how to circumvent things to get to them.
