even people you think you know like, better than anyone in the whole world can suddenly do things you don't understand at all!
so it can be REALLY scary trying to trust people you just met

Those aren't the correct questions here.

Everyone lies, and there is a large range of possibilities where someone could kill another on accident, which is something I wouldn't expect someone to take a murder charge for.

The better question is 'do you swear you won't murder?'
