Yeah, same. I have a bunch of messages I need to answer but... I wanted to have time to really dedicate to them. Focus on what I want to say, you know? Especially if they can really only answer us once a week as themselves right now.
They did send me a bunch of... normal birthday messages in the middle of the week, so I think it's getting a little better.

I'm not very good at letters. Or knowing what I want to say. I just want them all to come back so we can talk like this instead. [ NOT THAT HE'S GOOD AT TALKING EITHER ] It's nice that you put so much thought into it. I'm sure they enjoy that.

I think you say exactly what you want to say all the time, and it's just up to us to figure out what it means. [ haru is a little weirdo, but he accepts it and figures everyone else does, too. ] I've... had a lot of practice with letters, especially lately. I used to write them back and forth both as Gabriel and as God for the souls over at the healing center. Our mail wasn't as instant and letters sometimes got derailed, but it forced me to be a lot more intentional. Same with my text messages for the living side. In the end, people who care about you just want to know you're doing okay, and people in general want to know they're heard. The fact that you're thinking of it as not wanting to make them feel forgotten is already a lot better than some people.
